APPLICATION CRITERIA / INTAKE
* Applicants will have a referral through Disabilities Services or equivalent in the
Province of Alberta.
* Individual is informed of the reason for the application.
* All applications will be considered subject to meeting criteria and availability.
* Application will be made only with the informed consent of the individual and/or legal guardian.
* Orientation/Information Manual provided.
* Funding source is located and approved.
